Givenchy Le Prisme Blush Bucolique #2 Bucolic Poppy (Spring 2012): Swatches & Review
Givenchy Le Prisme Blush Bucolique #2 Bucolic Poppy seems to be my favorite product of all spring launches I’ve already seen this year. May be it’ll become even one of the dearest in my blush collection.
Availability: at Givenchy counters since February.
Price: 49$ for 7 gr.
Limited Edition? Yes.
Final Thoughts: this is a very beautiful product. It all starts from the nice packaging with sprint print and then you open it and see even more beautiful and bright print inside. And in the end you get vivid raspberry-pink blush with silky finish (no shimmer), that you can vary from quite delicate to so bold and strong that you don’t even need any other makeup. The pigmentation and color pay off are amazing, this blush is very long-lasting. I think you can sleep with it and find it in place in the morning.
The only drawback is that it is not very blendable. You need to be careful with the amount of color you take and be patient to get used to how it should be blended not to make you look heavy. But in the end it’s worth of this little trouble.
Please, read my review in Russian for maximum details on the product.
I’ve added more color for the photo below, but for daily makeup I recommend to put just a tip of color on cheeks «apples» and blend them a little bit. The color area shouldn’t be very wide.
